Findiy provides AI-enabled productivity tools designed to assist businesses and professionals with email and related communication workflows.

This Privacy Policy applies to individuals who visit or interact with the Findiy website, create or use a Findiy account, use Chase, communicate with Findiy, or otherwise interact with the Services.

It also applies to individuals whose information may be processed through the Services on behalf of a Findiy customer, including employees, contractors, business contacts and other individuals whose information appears in a customer's connected email, calendar, documents or other authorized services.

Where an organization uses Chase and determines the purposes and means for which information is processed, that organization may act as the controller while Findiy acts as its processor in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Addendum ("DPA").

Account and Business Information — When you create an account, subscribe, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, organization name, job title, account identifiers, subscription and billing information.

Information From Connected Services — If you connect Chase to an email account, calendar or other platform, Chase may access information made available through that integration based on the permissions you authorize, including email messages, metadata, sender and recipient information, subject lines, timestamps, drafts, labels and calendar data.

Information You Provide Directly — Information submitted through forms, support requests, product feedback, surveys, sales communications or other interactions.

Automatically Collected Information — IP address, browser and device information, authentication data, service usage logs, diagnostic information and security-related events when you access our website or Services.

We use information to provide, operate and maintain Chase; create and administer accounts; authenticate users; connect to and process information from authorized services; generate AI-assisted drafts and suggestions; provide customer support; process payments; maintain security; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal requirements; and other purposes disclosed at the time of collection.

We do not use information for purposes materially incompatible with those described here without providing notice or obtaining consent as required by applicable law.

Chase uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies. Information processed by Chase may be provided to AI systems to classify communications, identify context, generate drafts, personalize responses, or provide other requested functionality.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or communicating it to another person.

AI Model Training — Findiy does not use Customer Data or Google user data obtained through Chase to train general-purpose AI models operated by Findiy or its AI service providers.

Where you authorize an integration, Chase may access information made available by the relevant provider in accordance with the permissions you authorize.

Findiy's access to Google user data is subject to Google's API Services User Data Policy and applicable Limited Use requirements. Findiy does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or purposes unrelated to the functionality provided through Chase.

Third-party platforms remain subject to their own privacy policies. Findiy does not control how those providers independently collect or use information outside the Services.

Service Providers — We share information with third-party providers (cloud hosting, AI processing, security, payments, analytics) authorized to process it only as necessary to provide services to Findiy.

Legal and Safety Purposes — We may disclose information to comply with law, establish or defend legal rights, investigate fraud, protect the Services, or protect the rights of Findiy, customers, users or others.

Corporate Transactions — Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

We do not sell Customer Data.

Findiy does not ordinarily require its personnel to review customer emails, files or other connected content. Where human access is necessary — such as providing authorized support, investigating security incidents, or complying with legal obligations — it is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and subject to appropriate confidentiality controls.

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and prevent fraud. Where Findiy processes Customer Data on behalf of a customer, retention is governed by the applicable agreement and DPA.

We take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify Personal Data when it is no longer necessary. Deletion requests concerning information processed on behalf of an organization may need to be directed to that organization.

Deletion from Findiy does not necessarily delete information stored in a connected third-party service. Certain information may be retained for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution or other purposes permitted by law.

Findiy maintains administrative, technical and organizational safeguards including access controls, authentication, encryption, monitoring, logging, security testing and incident response. Because no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information may be processed, stored or accessed in the United States or other jurisdictions where Findiy or its service providers operate. Where applicable law restricts international transfers, Findiy will use an appropriate transfer mechanism and implement required safeguards.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: know or access your Personal Data; request correction or deletion; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; receive data in a portable format; opt out of certain sales or sharing; and lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator.

Certain U.S. states provide residents with rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or limit certain uses of their Personal Data, as well as rights to opt out of certain processing. Where applicable law treats a particular activity as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising, we will provide the legally required notice and choice mechanism. We will not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights where prohibited by applicable law.

California residents subject to the CCPA may have rights to know and access Personal Information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of certain sale or sharing activities. Findiy does not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration and does not use Personal Information obtained through Chase to train general-purpose AI models.

Findiy may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, account functionality, security, preferences, analytics and performance measurement. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies. You may control certain cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

We may send transactional and service-related communications concerning your account, subscriptions, security and the Services. Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing communications with an appropriate opt-out mechanism. Opting out of marketing will not prevent essential service or account communications.

The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children. Findiy does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children where prohibited by applicable law. Contact hello@findiy.ai if you believe a child has provided Personal Data in violation of applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, legal requirements or technology. Material changes requiring notice or consent under applicable law will be communicated appropriately. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
